Local & family owned by Dutch Shaffer. His background includes other adventure brands such as The Bugwall a Camper Van accessory business specializing in insect screening for adventure vans. Dutch lives for boats, hunting, and the Lowcountry outdoors. Hunting and fishing are a passion and fueled the search to find the best EVA flooring for his own boats. In his search Gatorstep stood above the rest. Becoming the only authorized Gatorstep dealer between Wilmington and Charleston was an easy decision. It was time to found Salty Duck Marine Co. to compliment The Bugwall. Soon a blend of Marine and RV products and services will be offered under both Salty Duck Marine Co. and The Bugwall brands. After acquiring factory training on PhotoG and installation of Gatorstep it was time to hit the docks! Serving the Carolina coast from Wilmington to Charleston.
